Delete your account

You can delete your Torva account and its data at any time, from inside the game.

In the app

Open Torva and tap the Settings button.
Go to Account and tap Delete account.
Type DELETE and confirm. The game then starts fresh.

This can't be undone. Your progress, heroes, items and Pearls are gone for good, and purchases aren't refunded. Deleting the app from your iPhone does not delete your account.

What's deleted straight away

your profile and handle, and the link to Sign in with Apple;
your devices and their sign-ins;
your friends, friend requests and blocks;
your crews and any matchmaking;
your cloud save: progress, heroes, items, coins and Pearls;
your leaderboard entries;
gifts, messages and which notices you've seen;
your notification tokens;
the reports you made;
the record of the days you played.

Your player ID and email address are also removed from any crash and bug reports.

What we keep, and for how long

Purchase records, anonymised so they no longer point to you, for 6 years: tax law requires it, and it stops one purchase being credited twice.
Gameplay events until they're deleted automatically after 3 months.
Crash and bug reports, no longer linked to you, until they expire (90 days for crash reports and logs, up to 12 months for bug report messages).
Reports about you and moderation records for up to 12 months, to keep other players safe.
Backups, for up to 30 days.

Can't open the app?

Email support@torvagame.app with your handle or player ID and ask us to delete your account. We'll do it within 30 days and let you know. We may ask you a question to check the account is yours.
